How to export a CSV from DEGIRO
Get your transactions and prices out of DEGIRO in two minutes. You need two files: Account.csv and Portfolio.csv.
Transactions: Account.csv
Your account statement: every deposit, buy, sale, dividend and fee. We use it for your deposits, result, dividends and costs.
- In DEGIRO, go to Inbox → Account statement.
- Pick the day you opened your account as start date, so everything is in it.
- Click Export and choose CSV.
Prices: Portfolio.csv
Your portfolio today, with the closing price of each fund. That tells us what your investments are worth now.
- In DEGIRO, go to Portfolio.
- Click Export and choose CSV.
And then?
Drop both files into Ripely at once. A moment later you see your value, result, dividends, costs and diversification.
It's easiest on a computer
You export on the DEGIRO website. Doesn't it work on your phone? Try it on your computer or laptop.
My DEGIRO is in another language
No problem. Ripely reads DEGIRO exports in every language, with commas or dots in the numbers.
How often should I export?
Account.csv when you have new buys or dividends. Portfolio.csv when you want to see today's value. Once a month is enough for most people. Uploading the same files again does no harm: we skip what we already know.
What happens to my files?
We read them once and never store them. We only keep the file name. Everything is hosted in the EU, and signing in always takes two-step verification.
Another broker?
Use the Ripely template: a simple CSV you fill in yourself. You'll find it at the upload page after signing in.
